I’m leaving the Charlotte area this morning to get to Savannah, GA and get settled before I do the great ChallengeWalk MS Savannah 2016 February 26-28, 2016. During Day 1–tomorrow–I’ll be walking 21.5 miles. Then on Saturday, I’ll walk 18.5 miles. But wait, I still have 10 more miles to go on Sunday!
Why am I walking such an ardeous challenge? This walk benefits the National MS Society, and while I don’t have MS myself, I know a few who do. And I am especially walking in honor of Sharon Giovinazzo, a DeafBlind woman with MS, as well as any other DeafBlind who may have MS.
If you would like to support my walk, you can still do so by doing to my Personal Page at the ChallengeWalk’s website. Every dollar helps. Deadline is April 1st.
Stay tuned for updates!
