Today’s weight in on the Fitbit Aria scale was 181.7 lbs with 22.3% body fat.

I was able to complete 2757 meters in 15 minutes today.
Walk and Run
Today I completed my three miles walk, then started to work on the run segment with a goal of 4.8 miles; however, when I started the second set of 1.2 miles sets, my hips were beginning to bother me, so I thought it was time to rest.
